Free, holistic wellness programming that nurtures confidence, health, and grace in girls from the inside out.
"I created Elevare because I believe every girl deserves access to a premium, curated wellness experience. It is my joy to build a space where our girls grow in confidence, health, and character, and where they discover just how capable and radiant they truly are."

Elevare Girls Club provides free, holistic wellness programming to girls ages 5 to 12 across Central Ohio. We nurture the whole girl through six core pillars: fitness and play, nutrition education, confidence coaching, mental wellness, social graces, and enrichment experiences. Because our programming is completely free to every family, regardless of circumstances, we rely on community partners to bring our work to life.
Our mission is to uplift and empower girls to reach higher physically, mentally, emotionally, and socially. Guided by purpose and a commitment to excellence, we nurture the whole girl through mentorship, education, and transformative experiences, cultivating the skills, mindset, and courage every girl needs to rise and lead.
Each pillar is a doorway into a different dimension of a girl's wellbeing. Together, they form a complete foundation.
because her body is strong
Movement that energizes and empowers. Girls explore physical activity as something joyful and essential, a celebration of what their bodies can do.
because she deserves to be nourished
Understanding food as fuel and culture. We teach girls to make nourishing choices and build a healthy, confident relationship with eating.
because her voice matters
The inner work that changes everything. Through guided activities and mentorship, girls discover their voice, their strengths, and their power.
because her mind deserves care
Emotional intelligence for a complex world. Girls learn to name their feelings, manage stress, and build resilience that carries them through life.
because elegance is a superpower
Poise, etiquette, and the art of showing up. Girls develop the social skills that open doors and build lasting relationships.
because her world should be wide
Hands-on learning beyond the classroom. Girls experience the world through curated workshops, cultural events, and outings that expand their horizons.
Elevare invests in girls ages 5 to 12, the years research identifies as the most formative for confidence, health, and life skills. Here is what the evidence shows, and how our programming answers it.
The United Nations reports that every dollar invested in girls' education and development returns approximately $2.80 in economic and social benefits, including lower poverty rates and better health outcomes.
How Elevare answers it: Every free session we deliver is an early investment in a girl's confidence, health, and future earning power. Source: United NationsMore than half of Columbus City Schools students were chronically absent in the most recent school year, more than double the statewide average. Local coordinators cite food insecurity, bullying, and students simply not feeling confident in their academics as leading drivers.
How Elevare answers it: We build confidence, belonging, nutrition awareness, and a positive relationship with structured learning, addressing the very factors that drive disengagement before they take hold. Source: Ohio Department of Education and WorkforceOhio now requires every student to earn a half credit in financial literacy to graduate, and the state's standards are scaffolded into grade bands starting at K through 3, then 4 through 6. Ohio law explicitly encourages public and private partnerships to deliver this learning.
How Elevare answers it: Our girls fall squarely within those grade bands. Our November session, Dollars & Dreams, is delivered in partnership with CME Federal Credit Union, exactly the kind of collaboration the state envisions. Source: Ohio Senate Bill 1Programs that reach girls before adolescence strengthen confidence at exactly the moment societal pressures cause many girls to disengage, protecting both their emotional and physical health. National research on whole girl programs documents sustained gains in confidence, connection, physical activity, conflict resolution, and intentional decision making.
How Elevare answers it: Our six pillars are built to reach her in that window, while the foundation is still forming. Source: National girls' development researchResearch consistently finds that girls who receive early educational and leadership support experience greater long term economic security, better health, and stronger civic engagement, and are more likely to invest in the next generation. Financially literate, confident girls become financially secure women who make sound decisions, build stable families, and strengthen the local economy. Every girl Elevare reaches is a future of reduced poverty risk and greater community stability.
Saturday sessions and outings designed to stretch, delight, and celebrate our girls.
An Elevare Outing
An afternoon of elegance and delight, where our girls practice the poise and social graces they have been learning over a beautiful meal at Del Mar, followed by a film together, accompanied by our team and chaperones.
An Elevare Session
A full Saturday session: welcome and grounding, movement and play, a healthy lunch and sisterhood circle, a money smarts activity led by CME Federal Credit Union, guided meditation, and a closing showcase.
An Elevare Session
This season, our girls give back. In partnership with OhioHealth Kobacker House, they will create handmade cards for a local cause and learn the joy of gratitude and generosity.
Every session is a chance for her to learn something new, stand a little taller, and know she belongs.
The proof of Elevare's work lives in the homes of the girls we serve, in the confidence they carry home after every session.
"My daughter walks taller now. She speaks up in class, she sets boundaries, and she truly believes in herself. Elevare gave her that."

Our program is free, but it asks for your partnership. Elevare thrives because our parents are part of the village.
Because our programming is completely free to every family, we rely on community partners to bring our work to life. Financial gifts, in kind donations, gift cards, healthy food, and program materials all directly support our girls. We are a volunteer led organization, which keeps overhead low so funding flows straight to the programming.
